Taro Ball & Sweet Potato Ball
Taiwan taro balls are especially famous in Jiufen, which is popular whether they are served hot or cold. This Taiwan-made taro ball is made with taro, purple potato, and red potato. The flavour of taro and potato are very outstanding, and the taste is sweet and not greasy. The taste is spingy. It is an indispensable dessert in the refrigerator at home.
1. Boiling: Thawing is not needed. Put the prodcut into the boiling water and stir. Cook for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and wait for another 3 minutes.
2. Frying: Put cooking oil in a pan and heat till 170 °C. Thawing is not needed. Put the product in the pan and fry for about 3 minutes till they're floating.
