Shopping Process

Ensure the quality of products is keeping fresh, Some products only sell a certain number of daily. Please order two working days before.

Ocean Three will call the customer to confirm the order when the order was receive. Then we will arrange the delivery time. Call us if we have not confirm the order the day before. When customer receipt the product, please confirm the product is correct. if customer have any questions, please call or email us on that day.

Quality Assurance

In order to ensure food to maintain quality, we ready the cooler bag and ice for you. Customer can buy peace of mind, and customer can refundable the cooler bag and ice and other cooler item. Thank you for supporting environmental recycling.

Precautions

It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above. The Customer shall ensure that no person shall use his/her login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery or delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time agreed.

Ordering Information

  1. Cut-off Time from 1st May, 2020:
    2. Delivery: 3:00pm, one day before deliver.
    Store Self-pickup: 4:00pm, one day before pickup.

  3. In order to ensure the quality of food, the stock of ingredients is limited. Therefore, item(s) purchased by customers may not be available. Our staffs will contact(by phone) the customer ASAP to change the item(s). If we could not reach the customer successfully to adjust the item(s) quantity before delivery, we will cancel the item(s) and only deliver the rest. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

  1. The charge for general ares delivery will be waived with over $500 purchase. Otherwise, delivery charge of $50 will be needed
  2. The cut-off time is15:00 the day before delivery. $0.5 plastic bag levy will be charged for every delivery.
