 Oysters and Shellfish
[ Storage ]
We suggest our customers enjoy the food right after the delivert. If not, please keep them in the fridge ( 0°C - 4°C ) and cover with wet towels.
[ Strongly advise finishing them within 2 days ]
[ Preparation for shucking oysters ]
First put all the oyster and shellfish into ice water added with coarse salt for 5 - 10 minutes , so as to clean the microorganism and germs on the shell. It is normal if worms are found on the shell.
Attention:Ice gel pack application for oysters, Do not eat and Don't cut it open. Reusable when it intact, if damaged cannot be used.
 Bad Weather Arrangement
When bad weather conditions occurrs, ie. thunderstorms, typhoons, black rainstorms or any weather cirumstances that may cause traffic congestions, the delivery services may be suspended and rearranged.

Free delivery with over $500 purchase
The delivery time period canot be specified with the following districts:
Yuen Long Lam Tsuen, Lau Fau Shan, Lion Rock, Pat Sin Leng, Sai Kung Tai Mong Tsai Road, Discovery Bay, The Peak, Ma Wan, Park Island or any remote areas (transportation cost may differ). The delivery man may inform you before around an hour.
 Edible perird
[ Oysters, sashimi and other fresh foods ]
Customers should finish the food within 2 days after receive the delivery, if have any problem, please notify us within 2 days counting from the date of receipt. Exchange of goods will not be allowed over 2 days.
[ Frozen foods ]
The edible period should be within 30 days after receive the delivery and kept frozen (below 0°C) before eating. We will not handle the complaint if we find out the customers have not stored the goods correctly or once it has over 7days after receive the delivery.
 Terms of sale of alcoholic beverages
We do not sell any alcoholic drinks to persons under the age of 18. By ordering via this site. you need to affirm that you are over the age of 18.
 Exchange refund arrangements
If the oysters and shellfish are found opened, it is normal. you can try pressing the corer shell gently or putting them into the ice water for a few minutes to see if they are concealed again. If no, you may keep the spoiled item and send a photo as evidence to

 Confirmation before the settlement
When we receive your orders, we will call you to confirm all the information and wanted - items, and inform you the arrangement of the delivery time. Please let us know if you have not received any call from us the day before the delivery day.
In case of any disputes, OCEAN THREE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED reserves the right to make the final decision.
